Do any girls feel really sore after sex?

Im aching all over, my arms, back, legs, thighs-its like Ive been run over, I dont think it was especially rough?!

Anyone else feel like this?

You have obviously used muscles that have been neglected or under used for a while. It will ease, you should get fitter.

I feel like that today! ; )

Like Dot says, it's just muscles that aren't always used in everyday life. My advise would be to do it as much as you can so your body gets used to it and you don't ache so much afterwards!

Thanks everyone, yeah shamefully I think thats it, I havent had a session like that in ages lol!

& yep I do have a cold : (

It takes six months to get fit.....and only six weeks to lose it. So...if you haven't had sex for six weeks it's like starting all over again....Then you think...'ouch...how the hell did I get my leg in that position before'.... :-)
