Can you help...has anyone used the chanel site successfully. I have been trying to register my details for email updates of forthcoming products/events but dont seem to be getting anywhere, also their contact email bounces back as undeliverable and the phone number on the site takes you through to an unrelated catalogue company. has anyone else experienced this?
