Do any ladies find a gold ring on every finger, a chunky gold braclet, and a thick gold rope chain on their men attractive?

I wear a watch and cufflinks (if applicable) and occassionally my wedding ring. That's it. What is it with darts players and gold? Or it is a working class thing?

Oooh what a hunk, Athley!!! I'm feeling all warm inside now! lol
I want to know when they start wearing all the gold and shiny shirts. Do they do it after they find out they are good at darts or do they do then become good?
Saxy... It's me, China Doll, I got zapped.... I don't like Ladyshy! Lol.

Are you on about Bobby George displaying all the bling he owns in one go? Perhaps he doesn't trust leaving it at home and is going for the most jewelry being worn in one go. Martin Adams also wears a lot too I noticed. the BDO does have an tackier atmosphere to it then the PDC. After watching the bright lights the BBC coverage doesn't do it for me. The players on sky don't seem to be loaded up with their bling because they probably can afford better security systems in their homes lol,

Is that a cigarette in his hand?
phil taylor looks like a tramp but has more money than all of you added together :)
I do feel sorry for Jocky Wilson now though he has no money and lives alone in a council flat in Scotland. Several darts players have tried to get him to come out of obscurity but he does not want to be helped. I used to love watching Bristow play as a kid.

Wardy you should post some darts questions in sport. You will get decent responses off the blokes in there, I always post my darts ones there and it is a good laugh.

* Not saying these arent decent lol*

I'm almost ashamed to admit I used to play for a ladies darts team now haha. Got roped in as a favour to a friend but was actually a really good laugh.

No chav wear or horrid gold chunky jewellery for me though...eugh! It's just wrong!!!

I would agree though that the mens teams did tend to be a little on the large side!

Spurs, this is the first year i ever watched darts and must say i am hooked. Not so nuch at the sport but the sociological side of the whole thing. I am fasinated by the audience (particularly the darts wives) and the way they hold up little signs that a 5 year old could write better. I must admit though the young Netherlands lad on BBC2 at the moment looks fairly normal.

My local inn and certainly not the lodge have a darts board though. I shall therefore stick to cribbage and canasta.
