Buy the dvd and slip the tickets inside? :o)
how about tying them to the string of a helium ballon and wrapping it up in a box?

Have some flowers delivered and ask them to give her the envelope too??

My sister brought me mary poppins tickets and as a present she wrapped up a bag of sugar (a spoonful of sugar) with a teaspoon stuck on the outside.

I knew straight away.

im the same as curlyperm, buy some flowers you dont have to get them dilivered, just buy them and pop them on them.thats a lovely thing for your mum hope she enjoys it
I have some friends who did the same as badger chops idea, one of them was going to see Sound of Music and so wrapped up "warm wollen mittens" in brown paper with string, and other things. The other friend bought her bf a weekend in ibiza and so wrapped flyers from the clubs, flip flips, bucket and spade, etc.

What about wrapping a snow shaker (feed the birds?), or a little chimney sweep, a spoon and some sugar? Model merry go rounds? Or a kite?
flip flips as opposed to flop flops of course..... doh!
Most stationery and card shops will sell empty gift boxes of various sizes. Buy one, put the tickets inside with a handwritten letter to your Mum telling her how much you appreciate and value her, and wrap it up with some lovely gift wrapping paper and a nice glittery bow on it.
did this for my mum a couple of months ago for her 60th, went to see evita and stayed over , as a family we took her out for dinner before the big day and gave her the tickets at the end, she was speechless and i really thought she was going to cry.
it was a superb weekend too.
