I suffered the most terrible morning sickness during my last pregnancy. I'm pregnant again. Can anyone tell me any food or dietary supplements I can take or avoid to try to stop me suffering again?

It might be worth trying an homoeopathic remedy called 'sepia',available from chemists or health food shops. I'm also pregnant (7 weeks) and since I've been taking it my morning sickness has not gone but is a lot better. Also ... try eating something small (sunflower seeds work for me) whenever you feel a bout of nausea coming on. Hope this helps.

When I was pregnant everybody swore by ginger biscuits, unfortunately I detest ginger so I cannot say whether it worked for me!
smoking one or two puffs from a marijuana cigarette (very little tobacco or preferably with none at all) will quell nausea and improve appetite. note this is not to get high (don't smoke the whole joint)!
