This was a question on WWTBAM on Sat. and I missed the answer. This morning I looked up each of the four options (Kennedy, Johnson, Eisenhower and Nixon) on Wikipedia and didn't notice any being buried in cities bearing their names.

This is a list of presidential burial places. The Mount Vernon website doesn't say where it is. but it is apparently in Virginia, not Washington DC.

Got it!

John Quincy Adams was buried in Quincy.
Strictly speaking, it can be President Johnson, since he lies buried in Johnson Family Cemetery at the Johnson Ranch near Stonewall, Texas between Johnson City and Fredericksburg with Johnson City being the predominat town closest the LBJ Ranch....
The correct answer on WWTBAM was Johnson.
As said, it was Lyndon B Johnson of Johnson City, Texas.
