you'll lose weight from your brain... as exercise bikes are so boring!... and you'll sweat absolute buckets!... why not get a 'real' bike instead?...

You will be burning more calories than if you were not using it, and so long as you are burning more than you are consuming then you will lose weight.

Try local sports shops or even argos for cheap ones, and for the boredom thing, try doing it in front of the TV or with the radio on/

Yes. But leave the cream donuts in the fridge, and try Argos they sell everything cheap. remember you can use your nectar points there too.

Look in the small ads of the local paper, there are always loads of people trying to sell them (wonder why) you may as well get a real one, at least you can go somewhere on it!
