Does anyone have any tips on how to drop a few pounds really fast? have problems with excercise as am recovering from a broken leg and can't do much? I

Exercising will keep you fit but will not loose you weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. To loose weight,eat less.
Drink more water. Eat more protein and less carbohydrates
