i have a cold and im currently at the stage where im constantly sneezing, but i have a really sore throat and every time i do sneeze it feels like somebody is trying to pull the lining out. does anyone have any tips to stifle sneezes?

Not a clue I'm afraid, but ultra chloraseptic spray from chemist is brill at deadenning the pain in your throat!

Now this might be, and probably is, complete nonsense but if you say the word melons, yes MELONS, over and over again it can help prevent sneezing!

You might get locked up tho for sounding like a lunatic!!

lol, thats cool craig. i'll try that one and let you now. tbh, i havent been sneezing as much since i posted the question. apparently the way to stifle sneezing is to post a question on AnswerBank.
