Why don't we sneeze in our sleep? I'm sneezing now but I certainly won't be sneezing in my sleep nor will it stop me falling asleep.

You are only allowed to either fart or sneeze while asleep. Since farting takes less effort, then farting it is and not sneezing. :)
Don't believe it - it's a tishoo of lies.....
Perhaps you do, but don't wake up or remember it.
I've seen dogs sneeze in their sleep, so why not humans.
Now that you've mentioned that, I have seen it too, Canary.
And babies do...
Although it could be argued that they (babies/dogs/cats) could be in REM sleep.

I cycle in my sleep, though never learned to ride one.
How would you know if you sneezed in your sleep anyway ?

Been looking for green streaks on the pillow in the morning ?
