I don't know of any websites. It is true that you should change your workout about every six weeks. Apparently the muscles get use to doing things a certain way so you have to change. Thats what I was told anyway
your suppost to build muscles up in a certain routine in one way and then change as its suppost to confuse the muscle, hopefully somone with better advice will answer soon mate
There are websites but you generally have to pay.

Have a look in your local library - mine has plenty of books on body building and exercise routines.

But there should be people at the gym who are there to help you. My club will devise a programme anytime I want one.

Don't forget that diet and nutrition play a huge part in muscle development and body building.

So, go to the library, and speak to the gym staff. That's what they are there for!
Hi m8, try
