I've put on quite a bit of weight recently and I'm trying to eat more healthily, exercise more etc, my thighs and tummy have slimmed down a fair bit but my bum is still big, is there anything I can do to target it particularly? Preferably not anything which requires gym equipment as can't afford membership!

Pop round my place, i love a big bum on a girl.
squats!! pretend to sit back on to a very small stool or that your hovering over the loo. Make sure not to stick your knees out on the way down. Go sdown for a count of four, pause, then back up for a count of four. Buns of steel assured!! Do them while brushing your teeth...i do!!
a big @rse can be down to genetics... no matter how much you 'work it' it won't reduce... do other members of your family have a 'grande derriere'?...

Lunges are also really good at slimming down a bum, and lifting it.
walking up stairs and steep hills does the trick and its good cardio ass well, excuse the punn ;-)

thanks all and to capt swab n big bishop...I already have a boyfriend who loves my bum but Im having difficulty fitting into jeans!
If you could walk a lot more, say half an hour everyday like 'power walking, watch your bum shrink

I already do walk quite a bit...to college and back every few days but if I power walked it I think id get too sweaty lol! Good idea though...may try it in the holidays!
