How do you move on after a break up? Me and my BF split mutually, and I am glad we did as we were stuck in a rut and I wanted to go out and have some fun. Now its happened I am not upset as such, and I have seen other guys and am enjoying being single. The problem is, and I know its stupid, I'm upset that he is doing the same. Even though I am now seeing other people, I feel kind of jealous that he is doing the same. I don't want to get back toegther I just need to know how to let go of him and be happy that he is enjoying himself in the same way that I am.

I know it sounds corny but it will take time. I have been in the same situation a couple of times and my heart would drop into my stomach when I saw my ex with a new partner.

As time goes by, you will get used to it I promise.
Been there too... the 'double standards' thing (ok for me to see other people but still feeling 'put out' that the ex is also) is common from talking to other people who have been in the same situation... time is the answer... as time moves on... you move on...
