Dialysis on holiday

My friend wants to go to Goa on holiday early next year but started dialysis a few months ago.
He does CAPD and can get the supplier to ship direct to India - but as we have not done this before, we would appreciate any advice that you could offer.

Particularly any recommendations on insurance companies etc or tour operators who are familiar with this
