i have just recently had a few bumps appear on the side of my face and have had a few spotty type things on my bavck and neck and some on my cheast about 3 or 4 i want to know if it may be acne

Certainly sounds like it! I won't ask how old you are because that is dangerous on the net, but if you go to a good chemist you'll be able to buy stuff to help clear it up.
