If I lose 3 1/2 stones at a rate of about 2lbs a week through good old fashioned diet and exercise, and use loads of moisturiser throughout the process, will I still end up with saggy skin? I'm 27 if that makes much of a difference!

you will have some saggy skin but there is a way to combat it by doing stomach exercises. i have lost about the same doing exercise and the only diet as such i followed was by cutting sugars out, drinking plenty of water or flavoured water and plenty of fruit and veg, once you have gotten past the first couple of weeks you will be surprised by how easy it becomes
hmmm tigger i still remember the arguments we had over hot chocolate!, curious good luck with the diet, if you speak to someone at the gym they can recoment some good toning exercises to do which will help
Highly unlikely. You are not losing a vast amount, compared to some, and you are doing it slowly.

Your age is very much in your favour - your skin should still be supple.

So good luck with it all!
