When I lean on my left shoulder, there is a pain deep inside, what could it be?

You might have banged the nerve in your elbow (I think it's called the ulna nerve). Just leave it be for a few days -- it should sort itself out. If not, the chiropractor should be able to manipulat your arm or that whole side of your body to get the perssure off that nerve.
