My hair has changed over the years from being straight to being wiggly - if I wash and leave it it is now wiggly but if I blow dry it, it goes frizzy instead of nice n straight. If I want straight hair now I have to use straighteners but after a couple of days it kinks up again.

Has anyone else's hair changed over the years. Im not sure if having children changes your hair or whether its something else.

Yeah,my hair used to be fairly straight,i just had to straight or crimp, the odd place, now though its really corkscrew curly,so i have to straighten it,used to have to wait till it was dry then straighten, saved my life and saved time when i got wet-2-straights and i manage to have shiny hair with these too!!
yeah my hair used to be so staight it stood up like a hedgehog. Then puberty struck and it went all frizzy/ curly in a matter of months. If I don't wash my hair for a couple of days, it looks curly n pretty, but when I blowdry it, my head ends up looking like a frizzball afro.

Its weird isnt it how it changes, I thought you were born with either straight roots or kinky roots so I dont quite understand what makes hair change. I absolutely hate the fact that I used to be able to blowdry it and it looked great, now it just goes frizzy and isnt one thing or the other!
I dont want to always use straighteners cos they're bad for it so half the time I end up looking like Crystal Tips from Crystal Tips and Alistair (the cartoon - bet not many people remember that!!)
Hi Liquidspace, my hair was always fairly straight but now it's wavy/frizzy I'm actually quite grey now - don't know how grey and I'm not going to look lol - and I was told that grey hair is courser and therefore slightly more frizzy. I have very long hair and after washing I always put a grape sized blob of conditioner on, work through and leave on my hair before drying and straightening with straighteners, this seems to protect it from damage and the straightness holds quite well too.
