How often should I condition my hair?

Thanks. Is it possible to over-condition my hair?

I'm not sure, but I know I cannot just shampoo my hair. Cant comb it through if I havent conditioned after, but I never put conditioner on the very top of my head, just down the back so I can brush it ok.

But then if you are a guy from your name, I dont know many guys that do condition their hair
