I dont think any are advised for weight loss, they are, after all, a ontraceptive. A diet is always the best way to lose weight, pumping your body full of hormones is not the way to go about it.
If you are concerned about gaining weight whilst on the pill (many have that side effect) and contraceptives then speak to the nurse or GP. They could also help with advice on healthy diets
