Sam, have you tried an epilator...?
Buy an epilator. It's just one-off expense then. You will need to do it quite often at first, but will get less, and the regrowth will be sparser and not stubbly like with shaving.
Mines by Phillips, there are some on market with cool packs for pain, but it really isnt that bad. I would never go back to shaving my legs now.
Hey babe, have you tried using a hair removal cream? They're a bit messy and don't smell fantastic but from what I can remember they work! Or how about waxing at home??!!!
Definitely an epilator for me. It hurts a little to begin with but after a couple of goes it's fine. Once you've got it sussed and all the hairs come through at more or less the same time you only need epilate once every 3 weeks and the hair is so much finer too.
Got some free samples of Veet wax strips and used those on Friday. Very good and not at all painful. OK, it took longer than shaving, but I won't have to do it again for some weeks yet.

Do you have an Argos near you? I got mine there.

They happened to be the cheapest at the time so i was a happy little hair-free bunny :0)

yes just down the road thanks fee-is-me
I use Intuition razor & it`s fantastic. I used to have to do my daily in the summer, but now only once a week. No nicks or redness either, even on bikini line.
Definetely try an epilator, I wouldn't go back to shaving my legs again. ANd the 'pain' isn't that bad, you get used to it. I'd describe it as a kind of pins and needles pain.
I think I got mine in Boots, and tat way you can get all those Advantage points too!
Have you tried "Skin Doctors Hair No More" (do a search for it)

I read a review of it, apparently it slows and in some cases halts hair growth if you spray it on after hair removal
yes I got one of the new braun x'elle ones from Argos. Does take a bit of getting used to - find a little painful but bare with it. I now do the tops of my legs every 3 weeks but think that will get less. Bottoms of my legs taking a bit more getting used to as was not getting them waxed previously but have epilated them a couple of times and at weekend as had something special on wanted then really smooth and have not had time to perfect them yet so shaved them on friday. Still able to wear a skirt today as hair is so much finer and def growing in less. Will take time but I am sure worth it in the end - just needs some time.
Ooh, had a look at that Skin Doctor's Hair no More, and it sounds good.

Has anyone out there tried it themselves.
