Home schooling in Japan

Hi there,
I know that technically this should be in parenting or jobs and Ed, but as this is the busiest section, I thought it would fare better here.
Does anyone have any experience of Home Schooling their children in Japan, eg, laws, 7-14 year olds etc etc....The law is vague to say the least and some do home ed, but I just wondered if anyone has any first hand experience.
