How can I get rid of my tummy? I do sit ups every day and am quite slim and toned apart from a little bloated belly. Is there anyway I can get rid of this or is there any foods that are worse for me that are making me bloated?

Some foods can give you a bloated tummy more than others....it's finding out which ones tho.......corn can have this affect on some people especially with popcorn. Like cauliflower, can give you wind if you eat a lot!

Is there any food which you eat a lot off that could be the cause? Try eliminating certain foods to see if it makes any difference...

Hello 4getmenot, I get a bloated belly after i have anything with white flour in it, and sometimes after white rice. I opt for brown everything these days as I'm quite carb intolerant. Try lowering your carb intake, especially white bread, pasta etc, that might help a little. Good luck, it ain't easy losing your tummy!
pasta really bloats my stomach and if I eat too much of it... eg, 2 meals per week - I end up with stomach cramps.
too much bread has the same effect.

How much salt in your diet? That can cause water retention. Do you add salt to food, stop!

Cut out of your diet wheat and wheat gluten as much as possible as this can be a major cause of bloated tummy. Try brown pasta and rice instead of white. Only eat fruit before midday or it can cause bloating too.
Amara's suggestion of cutting out wheat and gluten is spot on. You will be surprised what a difference that can make. Dairy foods can sometimes make you bloated too if you have a lot of it and you said you eat a lot of cheese. Try cutting it down/out and see if it makes any difference.
