ive just finished with my gf by mistake...sent a text ment for a friend to her. said bout had been meaning to finish with her etc. tis her b'day tommorow and i had completely forgot im so stupid

i tend to put the telly on to fall asleep...in fact when i had a dvd player in my room last year i would put lord of the rings on, and would always fall asleep at exactly the same point...freaky

katie is right though, instead of playing things over in your mind, try and get some sleep.

at the end of the day, if you break up with someone and then get back together with them, it will hardly ever work out, because all the issues from the last break up will not be resolved and there will be a big fat wad of resentment from the person who was dumped the first time round

hey hey we all need to chill, the problem is steve that some people will offer advice, but some people may have been in the same situation and will want to vent their frustration and anger about it, thats the problem that comes with discussing things on a public forum. i think we all need to go to sleep and think nice thoughts, things will be ok in the morning

well, she'll obviously have realised the text wasn't meant for her. If I were you her I'd write a letter apologising for the way it happened (yeah, I know, nobody writes letters any more, but that's why it shows you're concerned and regretful)...but saying what you've said here, you'd tried, it wasn't working, but you didn't mean to spoil her birthday or cause her more pain than necessary. No need to get castrated but you might like to be a bit more careful who you text in future.

no i know prob not a gd idea. u been on AB long? ive only been on a few weeks! tis quite addictive tho and the B&S threads are more quickly and better answered than most msg boards on places like radio 1.
