At work i have a break at 7 and eat. Then at 10:00 i have my dinner and restart vigorous work again. Does anyone know what effects this can have to the body?

I know i lose energy and do not feel like hurrying after eating, but can this make me ill?

It doesnt make you ill, no. You feel a lack of energy because blood is diverted to your digestive system at this time so is less effeciently providing oxygen to other areas of the body, thus making you lethargic for a short time. Activity will help the digestive system, so you are better to get up and do something after eating despite the fact you may want to rest.
if you are working 8 hours a day and having 2x 15-20 minute breaks and a 1 hour lunch/dinner break it makes u normal.
grow a banana tree outside your work
