Please note: answers that don't treat the subject (and the questioner) with respect will be deleted.
As far as i am aware, ejaculation is normally the result of sexual stimulation, physical, or visual, so you need to assess if either or both of these crieteria apply in these instances. If not, then your problem may be psychological, and you should consult your GP in the first instance, who may refer you for tests to ascertain the origin of your condition.
I agree with andy's response but would add that whether it is psychological or physical then you should go see your local doctor, remembering that a) the doctor is a professional and will give you the respectful attention you deserve (you are entitled to and can indeed rquest a male doctor if you feel embarrassed explaining the problem to a female one) and b) you are not the first person ever to suffer with this
I would agree that arranging an appointment with a GP is a very good move. Even if you are embarrassed, they won't be and will put you at ease straight away. However, if you prefer, you could try the NHS Direct service first for some information. Check out http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk or call 08 45 46 47. Best of luck and take care.

Smudge, the esteemed AB editor has removed plenty of answers from this discussion including "should I be spanked for this?" from the questioner germhater (which makes th AB editor's comments a bit rich!)
OK - in the light of the deleted section of the Question, it appears that the Question was light-hearted, and didn't really merit the serious attempts at an answer that it has attracted. However, it is the nature of a site like this that some frivolous questions are taken seriously, and vice versa. I would rather be taken in by a joker who can chortle at my earnest attempts to be helpful, than have people scoff at a genuine problem posted by someone too embrassed to ask elsewhere for advice. If you listen, you get taken in, but that's not so bad - not as bad as not listening in the first place.
Andy, I applaud your attitude towards the Answerbank and this question; I think you are an example to us all. I thought it odd that many light-hearted responses were deleted when it could be argued that the whole question could have been removed.
Oh dear, I've used up all the caring nature I could muster on a fraudster!

just an additional note here-some antidepressant drugs can indeed have this effect on men- I think fluvoxamine is one of them. Apparently any involuntary action (sneeze, cough, laugh) can bring on an unwanted reaction....
