Never bought one myself, but a friend of mine purchased one of those things with all the electrodes which are supposed to make your muscles contract with small electric currents, and therefore tone you up.

When I asked him a few weeks later how he was going with it, he replied " Oh, I can't be bothered to use it"! I suspect either he is the laziest man alive, or it didn't work in the slightest, and he was too embarassed to say it was a waste of money. Take your pick....

concept2 rower. Its amazing been using it a couple of months and results are amazing.

My other half was watching some kind of tv shopping channel and was very excited about the Lateral Thigh Trainer. So we decided to get one. I bought it via Ebay though as there was no way I'd pay full whack for it and got a brand new one for 1/2 the price. It comes with an exercise dvd and it's fab. We both use it regularly and it really does tone you up.
