Why don't I enjoy sex any more?

I'm over 65 and for the past 25 years or so I haven't had an orgasm - well, nothing you might regard as earthshaking - and even masturbation lost its thrill.

I'm married and haven't had sex with my wife in the last 5 years, though we are still deeply in love and show our affections to each other very, very regularly. I've known her for 35 years, lived with her for 15 years and married her - at last! - nearly two years ago.

My wife is 10 years younger than me and is putting up with my problem, but I know she would like me to make love to her.

Can anyone help me please?
