Try one of those pump thingys,I do'nt think they are much good though,try some Viagra,but that wo'nt help make it bigger!!!

open the control panel (open internet explorer and type "control panel" without the quotation marks), then click on classic view at the side, unless it's already viewing classically ^^. open mouse and it should say pointers or cursors at the top. click on that and then double click on "normal select", enter "arrow_l" in file name and press enter.
