Hello ! I just landed a new job, and am feeling like a change in my appearance too now. I have below the shoulder, blonde, wavy hair, and quite thick ( also very "lively",ie : does not stay in place and likes to do whatever it likes ! ). I never style it, as I'm not a morning person, and every minute counts in the morning. However, I'm now very bored with it, as I feel like it's just hanging there, without much shape ( although I have a few layers in it ). Can anyone suggests a style of cut that would be quite funky, still about shoulder length, without requiring much maintenance ( esp. no straightening ! )? I would appreciate if you could point me to example pics on the internet, as I cannot find any interesting website for this. Thanks !

Hi maximo have you looked through any hair magazines they are good show you loads of different styles. I have hair similar to yours i always went for a bob couldnt go wrong but like you i was bored so grew it a bit - sholder length now i had layers cut in to the hair all different sizes some reallly short by my faceand then longer but kept my length and then have a chopy effect you just have to get a bit of wax and pull the different lengths different ways and hey presto got a with it hair dunno if it makes sense no good at explaining things

Thanks Tigilou ! It sounds like the type of thing I'm looking for. Wish me luck for explaining it to the hairdresser though...! I'm not very good at describing...
