I just got back from the gym and relised how flippin pink I was. Any tips for preventing this?

Dont go to the gym. Sorry Sorry had to be done. Dont know really I always go bright red when exercising its just the way your blood circulates.
Hmmmm, I think I know what the problem is, but to be sure I need to know exactly how pink you�re going. Have you got a Dulux paint chart you could compare yourself against and confirm the colour?

is wearing foundation good for your skin whilst you excercise??? I doubt it. Bearing in mind I go to the gym to excercise not sit in the flipping steam room, I would imagine I am pretty fit anyway. Today I had to leave straight away without going for a swim or jumping in the shower and that is how I noticed.

The same thing happens to me Goodsoulette, and i go the same colour after I've had a few drinks, not very attractive :(


Foundation isn't a good idea in my opinion, it's just clog up your pores when you sweat and let's face it, no one wants to be 'that' girl who goes to the gym in full make up! Maybe take more water with you and a towel. You can dry your face if it gets too sweaty or dampen your towel with water to cool down your face as you go.

Unfortunately it's just the way some of us are made. I always go red faced when exercising, and I'm pretty fit, go to the gym most days. Can be less worn out than my mate, but look a hell of a lot worse. Don't think theres anything you can do, just have to live with it!
