cancer

hi my gran has bowel stomach and pacreas cancer. she has been sent home from hospital and is bedridden with no strength or energy. she is getting alot of pain from her pancreas but not yet on morphine. the cancer seems to be spreading to her lungs as she has a very bad cough and not breathing too well. can any one advise me how long she may have left? these are questions that need answered but doctors dont seem happy to answer. even if anyone has info on what the later stages are i would be grateful. thanks.
