What Physical Activity Have You Done This Week?

Just been for a short run, felt like crap (fatigued for some reason) but it's what I needed. 
 

Maybe we blame our circumstances on others too much. Maybe being taken advantage of, neighbours throwing crap in our gardens, feeling down, being overweight is more our own fault than we think. 
 

Perhaps we should aim to be stronger - physically and mentally, build resilience, be more physically active - we all know the benefits. 
 

What exercise (this includes a short walk) have you done this week?

Because I have a trapped nerve in my lower back, I do leg twists and stretches three times a day.

Gardening is good exercise....you should try it😁

I've been jumping to conclusions, running down my friends, sidestepping responsibility, and pushing my luck.

I'm exhausted!🀣

Hubby & I go out walking most days. We do a 45 minute around our local park.

I walked to my work and back on Friday and will do the same again tomorrow.  In total about 1/10th of a mile.

melv - do you know when I first moved in this place it had just been built and prior to the protests of protesting it did not come with grass. As it was on an equity loan scheme grass was sold seperately.
 

I moved in to a patch of soil. It's grass (and the hosepipe in the corner) are its novelty features.

Seriously - I walked from home to bus stop, from bus station to shops, round the shops, from shops to bus station, from bus stop to home.

Park run this morning. I try to do something every day

All I can do now is walking...mostly when shopping. Sometimes for several hours...other days, 20 minutes is enough.

I have done 30 miles on my cross trainer, a mix of running and steep incline, also strenght/stretch/yoga every evening.   At my age it is important to be as flexible and fit as possible.

None. As per usual.

 

Well apart from getting up, and walking to & fro, to bathroom, kitchen, & lounge, that is.

Very little; January is for hibernating and this weekend is for watching FA Cup matches on TV.

I'm growing roots on the sofa.
