if you are doing the atkinson diet you can drink coffee but only de-cafe.

But you can also have cream and sweetener in it!!

Strictly speaking you should have neither coffee or tea as caffeine raises your blood sugar level.

Thats why i answered only De-Cafe, or does that have the same affect ? would be interesting to no.

De-cafe is ok

Hmmmmm....thanks.....no wonder the bloody pounds arn't shifting!!.....go through about 20 cups a day!!!
