Good morning Minty. Just could not get off to sleep even though tired when I went to bed.

Morning ladyjan xx was in bed early..good 6 hours..but out of synch.. need to stay up later and sleep on.. plans have changed due to hospital appointment..so.. operation power wash patio starts today !

I hope neither of them apply to your OH. does he appreciate being power washed?

Lol..no..to both ..lol.. hate this job as it takes several days to complete and lots of moving bits around..but is minging dirty after the winter months..

I know what you mean. Got wild garlic growing in any tiny crack and some sort of blobs of what mould all over the slabs. Don't know what the mould is but it comes every winter and is very difficult to remove. Going to buy some more cheap bleach as I have found it is as effective as more expensive stuff.

[murraymints]

Thin bleach solution works well.. careful if you have planted pots down as it will leak into them and kill plants. I will spray with a keep it clean thingy ..lots available to keep moss algae etc at bay..for a while anyway

No pots on the patio and the herb ones on path leading to front door are raised. If I don't think they are high enough I move them.

Hope it stays fine so I can make a start.

To be sunny next few days here..so need to get on whilst the going is good

Should we have a cuppa? Have to admit I don't really feel thirsty at the mo. Would it send me to sleep? Still feel tired but not sleepy.

On cuppa 3..and fess up to a toasted hot x bun !

My lunch is oh's breakfast time..!

Lol ..he has breakfast food ..I have moved along to something else.. should have been a breakfast telly presenter!

Don't think it is a good idea for you to appear with Paul O'Grady just yet. MAYBE in many years to come. Agree I find it difficult to believe.

Think I will have another go at getting some sleep as have busy day ahead.
