Not looking forward to weigh in, had a dreadful day yesterday, I think they call it eating your feelings.... Oh well back to it today.

Not as bad as I thought stayed the same despite last nights kfc, have emailed ed for another sticky.
3lb off this week.
Sorry for being absent from these threads was a bit wary about being on here due to some attitudes to those carrying a lot of extra weight.

No attitude from me and I have the most to lose, your situation's different RH, with its own set of problems, you don't have the same scope to make changes
3 pounds off is bloody brilliant.

We lay our souls out on this thread and the thought that people are judging from afar can be hard.

I think the start up attracted the smug and the judgmental, that happened last time, eventually they got bored and went back to playing elsewhere. I think some people don't realise how much eating is controlled by emotions and how someone saying the wrong thing can wreck weeks of work on positivity
Everyone trying to lose a few (or more) pounds is on a personal journey. There should be no judgement, just lots of support.
I wasn't going to post this week as I haven't lost anything. Then I thought not gaining is also a small triumph as this week I've changed my diet to include cholesterol reducing foods such as oatibix, oatcakes and little strawberry drink from Sainsbury's.
I've also eaten pizza and had a couple of nights in the pub (no saturated fat in cider). So all in all with the added carbs I've done well to not gain anything.
Well done Rowan for staying the same and Helen, three pounds is excellent.

Carrot, they are healthy changes, but the extra carbs may mean you hold a little more fluid until you readjust, at some point in the next few weeks you might get a three or four pounds loss as you get back into balance. Staying the same is good right now.

Oh dear two pounds back on, eating to damp down pain , ( can't take strong painkillers and I could really use them right now). Also a few beers on friday. Only happens every couple of months so not a major issue. Hope to report a loss next week, really hard when a small amount of walking puts me out of action for a few days. Hope the rest of you did better.
