I have a sore throat on one side with my tooth aching this tooth is broken I have tried cleaning it to get food out and taken pain killers.

Personally I'd take a combination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol for the throat.

I would have thought it was obvious to go and see a dentist. Hopefully, you can catch the problem before you get an abcess under tour tooth and it costs you more money.

The break needs repairing to cover the exposed nerve which is causing the pain. A dentist is the only option . I believe you can now get DIY filler but I doubt whether it's at all east to apply, much better to see the professional.
