In the good trips people feel both very relaxed, and often relieved of whatever burden was shifted during the session. But remember the point of hypnosis is change rather than going on a meditation. You can do that in many ways, but the test of hypnosis is whether the reason you went there has happened afterwards. Every other feeling during or after the session is irrelevant, as I tell my own clients, as I've been in practice for 10 years.

what happens with clients who wish to stop smoking?(Like I do). How would you go about it?
