I have the ionic hair straightners which are really good and leave your hair really shiny, dryer probably much the same.
i have had an ionic hairdryer for well over a year and it's fab, definitely get one. i don't blowdry my hair all the time but when i do people always comment on how good my hair looks after as it is so shiny and i tell you what, i have quite thick long hair and it takes less than 10 minutes now to dry using the hairdryer.
I have an ionic hairdryer - the main differences between it and a normal hairdryer are that it cost a small fortune, and it has this little green light that comes on to say there are ions coming out of it. That's about the length of it.
I have a Boots Ionic hairdryer, it cost 15 and it is good, my hair is always shiny after using it and I think it does dry my hair quicker. Where did you get your hairdryer from Eels? I work at Boots and a lot of the hairdryers are Ionic now, they range from 15 upwards, I don't think that is a small fortune!

It's a Babyliss one, it's probably a couple of years old now, can't remember where I got it. Wasn't THAT expensive, just I could have got the same quality for much less I think.

It's ok, don't get me wrong, but my sister has a different Babyliss drier which isn't ionic, and it makes a fabulous job of my hair, leaving it sleek and shiny. I'm a scientific type, I haven't seen anything to prove that ions work so I'm not a believer!
