if for no discernible reason you could think of, you started losing
weight. I need to lose weight but am concerned that apart from
changing from white bread to brown wholemeal bread that i am indeed losing it.

i have involuntarily switched from veg oil to sunflower oil, sainsburys mix up, but don't see that as having an impact.....
I can't see just changing from white to wholemeal bread have that effect emmie. There must be another reason. Keep a check on it, if you're worried by it see your GP.
Veg oil and sunflower oil aren't all that different. So it can't be that.
Question Author
am considering that option. I have started to lose it round the middle, where i was quite podgy its now down what feels like half a stone, though i don;t know that for sure.
Over how long a period?
Question Author
a matter of weeks, rather than months
I can't think of anything that could cause that. so yes, see you GP soonest.
Question Author
i need to lose it, i am very heavy for my height, but as Mr Em died from colon cancer, this has me worried.

I'll say it again emmie, See your GP soonest.

i have had a loo problem for over two years now, going a lot, i have been prescribed lopermide but i hate taking it, as it makes me bloated. I have had it looked at and was told by the gastro chap i don't have cancer...
Question Author
will give them a call tomorrow morning, but i am not sure they are seeing people....
Are you more mobile than you were? You mention going out much more than you used to plus you've been sorting your flat, it's all exercise.
Good exercise too!
Question Author
no more mobile - i have lost some of the belly that has plagued me, to be honest i have no idea why i weigh what i do, i don't drink much alcohol, or eat bad foodstuffs. I will call the GP and see they can suggest, the weird thing is i feel a deal happier than i have for ages.....
That's good then emmie, but you do need to see if your GP can give you an explanation and some guidance for the future.
Question Author
yes indeed
You have to remember as well that if you have excess weight it can come off quite quickly to start with.

Have you ever watched 'secret eaters'?
Question Author

Question Author
