How Do You Deal With A Sleeve Ball At Work?

I work in a primary school, running an after school club and the school caretaker is a bit over friendly at times, which makes me feel on edge.
He interferes with my after school club activities and the other ladies within the school feel on edge with him.
What is the best way to deal with this, please? I would appreciate your comments and help. Thanks in advance.

Yes report your concerns, dont feel guilty or delay. If you and you colleagues feel uncomfortable, the children could be at risk. Try to be specific in your report. Describe exactly what being over friendly is. Good luck.

Tell the school principal. If I was your boyfriend or husband I would confront him.dont like sleaze balls
