My Ear Is Really Worrying Me

I woke up yesterday and didn’t realise I couldn’t heat out my right ear. It was only when my husband was stood next to me he tapped me and asked why I wasn’t answering. My mobile rang today, put it to right ear as usual, and couldn’t hear a thing. Now we got a hot tub 3 weeks ago so I put it down to that but I can say 100% I have not put my head under it.
Today I kept hearing dripping water- I’m going round whole house. Nobody else can hear it - it’s me. I’m getting stressed. What could it be?!? It’s now a permanent noise, just from yesterday.
