Tuesday. It's stopped raining for a while. How long for remains to be seen.

I drove through appalling weather th GRH yesterday, to be told, after a five hour wait, That there was no MRI scanner available. So I've got to do it all again today. My arms look like pin cushions! I'm not impressed. Whinge over. For now anyway.

So if I'm a bit miserable my apologies but that's part of the reason, the other part being I kept waking up coughing.

Have a happy day everyone.

Good 'moaning' Boaty - I don't blame you after that experience. I've nothing but admiration for the NHS but it's a shame that the administration sometimes lets it down. Best wishes.

Morning arrods. Thank you I agree. I don't think anyone particular was at fault, just pressure of work.
Good morning all.

Morning Boaty. Daughter in law still waiting for scan after collapsing nearly a month ago.
Radio 4 News this morning, A&E throughout the country falling short of standards etc etc.
Moan over.

And how are you on this lovely happy day? :-)
Question Author
Morning TL thanks for that! ;o} I'm not going through A/E, direct to Lung Function. A very busy unit!

Apart from that I'm still alive...I think! I've got a hacking cough as well, which I cold well do without right now.
How are you?

Morning emmie xxx Thank you. I could really do without the forty mile round trip though!

How are you this morning?
Am not good Boaty.
Can't sleep. Got up at six and constantly breaking down in tears. Depression so bad.
Don't know who to turn to.
No need reply, honestly, just me rambling.
AB helps. Takes my mind off stuff.
Question Author
That's not good mate. See your GP soonest.
Question Author
Yes. Lots of lovely people on here.
boaty, not so bad, but three breaks in my sleep makes me take a nap during the day, which i don;t really care for. Glad to see that you retain your good sense. I really hope they get you sorted out today. I know what its like waiting for the NHS to sort it self out. but in general
i wouldn't do without them.
That's me out of here, don't want to be a spoiler.
Keep well everybody.
I will root around other categories to keep me occupied.
Enjoy your day everybody. X

Question Author
Stay on here TL. We like to help too.
theland, totally agree with what boaty says, see your GP, before long. as in today if you can. I know only too well what deep depression is like and i didn't get help when it was most needed, simply because i was too wrapped up in grief. I wish you well mate
