She is hardly in a position to return. Trapped in a Syrian refugee camp with no passport and only a smugglers route out.

But we could help her, should we?
Haven't we spoke about this numerous times.

I wouldn't let her back. She's shown no remorse and named her child after a murderer.
People have been free with their yes/no answers on a very long thread in News.
I don’t think it’s a referendum issue.
Where have we heard that before ;-)
Fascinating story tho and I’m in awe of Anthony Loyd. Amazing dedication to his job.

just wanted a general yes no yes kind of thing to get a quick judge of views. I'm not sure where many stand on it i've not been involved in the convos
If she comes back, she will be a burden on the purse. What, you don't think she's gonna go to work in that get up do you??? Anyway she has a babee to look after.
Prevent it.
If you wish to be involved in the convos ? See the news thread .

"He has no proof i'm a threat"

"Other than that i was in ISIS but that's it."
Let her make her own way back, but if she manages to do that then ... allow it.
//Let her make her own way back, but if she manages to do that then ... allow it. //

Strange criteria.
It's pretty much what we (the country) are doing ...

Javid says he will do everything in his power to stop it. There is nothing (legal) in his power to stop it if she turns up at a British embassy or consulate somewhere.
Question Author
Maybe ISIS are using Shamima as bait / distraction whilst they're secretly plotting something.
Ellipsis, I know they've said that if she can make her way to a British Embassy she will be helped, but that's hardly the same as making her own way back to this country.
OK, consulate/embassy/this country ... all pretty much the same thing.
Hardly.
Question Author
Regardless if they're the same thing or not fact is they've said that if she can make her way to a British Embassy she will be helped so if she gets to an embassy or this country, either way, she'll be helped.

I may not have a load of knowledge on this subject, but unfortunately i don't want her on this land (UK) with the kind of ideologies that she once felt were normal and acceptable still floating around in her head.

Yes people deserve second chances.. when they scrape a car or maybe steal a chocolate bar from a shop. Not when they go and join a terrorist organisation specifically against our own state. Barmy.
If it had been not "Shamima Begum" but "Sharon Bagley", white, British, aged 15, indoctrinated and brainwashed by radical Muslims, radicalised, impregnated three times ... would you view things any differently?
Ellipsis, I don't know who that's addressed to, but I wouldn't view it differently. I don't want any of them back.
