Out Of Date Toothpaste. Usable?

Just noticed that the expiry date on a tube of Sensodyne Repair and Protect is 2018 01.
What possible repercussions could there be if I used it?

It'll be fine. The active ingredients might be less active than they were, but you won't do yourself any harm.
