Been to the doctors, had chest X-rays all clear. Cough seems to be connected to right nostril being blocked. I cough and cough until I blow my nose, then I stop.
Could I have polyps in my nostril?

It is possible, but would not be my first thought and if a polyp was present it would be unlikely to have anything to do with your cough.
