It leads to a coughing fit..

I dont want to keep bothering my GP and i need to get back to work soon! Just a wee opinion please x

Ps: I cant breathe out my nose
Sorry, tinkerbell, but it sounds as if what happened to me this year has happened to you. Similar symptoms - shortness of breath and congestion peaked when having windows installed (the glues) and drove me to see doctor. Weeks of filling-in chart and experimental inhaler have ended with me have quite suddenly becoming diagnosed as asthmatic. I'm 67! Apparently it is quite common and when it does happen you become sensitive to lots and lots of things (your body sort of gives up bothering).

I should see your GP. Mine is not under control and I'm singing better than ever. :)
^^^^ grrrr 'now under control'.

Im glad its now under control J! Thank you for the advice!!!! Xx
It could be acid reflux. This happened to me a few years ago. Thought I had asthma! Doctor said it wasn't the case and brought on by acid. I was given Omeprazole and it sorted it. Certain foods like fat, pastries, fizzy drinks, ie start it off.
I've just noticed you said you can't breathe thru your nose. I'm doubting acid reflux now.. If it gets worse , go see your gp. :-)
Tinks, it could be as a result of your viral infection but no harm in checking with the GP - sometimes an inhaler even short term can help.
Is the wheeze when you breathe in (inspiratory ) or when you breathe out (expiratory)? If it is the latter, then it may be a slight chest infection, but if it is the former, then it may be asthma in the developing.
At the moment...no big deal.
