Coenzyme Q10???

I'm a woman who is experiencing low energy and focus. My thyroid and iron levels are fine. I have heard that co-enzyme q10 is a good supplement for this as we get older,does anyone know more about this please

geojayne.....the OP required the answer to if it was a good supplement....my answer "rubbish"......remains.

Drug interaction of this Co-enzyme has not been scientifically, established.......only anecdotal.
I would have thought it`s more likely depression/menopause (don`t know how old you are) or maybe lack of vitamin D?

I am getting older and at begining of menopause so that was a strong point to make, even if it did sting a bit! Recently suffered a major change in my life so mild depression is another thing to consider. Maybe I was after an easy answer,shall spend my money on a good multi vitamin instead and accept the inevitable. Thanks all for your support

and says as sqad that it doesnt really work ( no surprises there then)

i would say try it and see - it is unlikely to harm you - (I am a bright little optimistic spark innit ? ). as a fella with a lymphoma it didnt cross my mind to take it ....
