Oh Strikes Again!

He was weeding at the front when I set off to pick the twins up from school. Called at the corner shop for a couple of things. Went on to school about one and a half miles away. I pulled up in school car park. Sat there for a moment. A lady knocked on my window and said are you aware there is something on your rear spoiler? I got out and there sitting on the spoiler was OH's cigarette case.
How on earth it had stayed there I don't know. I had been down a steep hill, round numerous sharp bends and even over a cattle grid! There must have been some staying power in his roll ups!
Anyway I thanked the lady, collected the twins and took them back to my house.
When I saw OH I asked if he had lost anything. No he hadn't, so I gave him the case. Where on earth have you got that from? I explained what had happened.
Where are my keys he asked. What keys I ask. He had only left his car keys on the spoiler also. His house keys were also on the keyring.
He grabbed my keys and jumped in the car and set off to retrace my route to see if he could find them but no use.
Also on the ring is a key finder tag from Candis Magazine. If someone finds the keys, they can be posted to the magazine and they will return them to him.
I don't know what odds to put on them being returned though.
He is not even safe in the garden now. I dread finding out what's next!

I once lost my car keys/door keys whist visiting someone in hospital, hubby had to get a minicab to hospital with spare keys. Renault wanted £90 to change locks and give me new keys I declined because I had an M&S security tag on the key ring.
2 weeks later I had a call from M&S apparently a this doughnut of a man at the hospital had found said keys and instead of handing them in had put them in his briefcase & promptly forget about them ! eventually his wife found them and thought he had another woman and had rang M&S I went & collected them from her house about 3 miles from the hospital.
