I was browsing the t'internet looking a products to enable disabled people to access IT / computers.

It stands to reason that some people with epilepsy will be looking at the website from time to time.. check out the intro screen for this Disability Aids Website -

http://www.newabilities.com/

Can we say Grande Mal !!!!!!!!

And the website itself isn't really "disabled people friendly" either.

Whoever made that website needs covering in cat food and throwing in a pit of rabies infested moggies.

Rant over... I'll get off my soap box now

Wow, and not much use to folks with visual impairments either.  Also, anyone with colour blindness or slow reading speed would be hard pressed to manage that intro.  I have epilepsy and often wondered why some kind of 'pop-up' can't be used to forewarn people about the use of dodgy (ie fit triggering) graphics on relevant sites before they come up on the screen.  Pop-ups are usually a curse to internet users but in this case they could do some good.  Good to have shared that soapbox with you theren_911!!
what a pathetic website! I think people need to complain and get it changed. This site is not user friendly at all.
i have epilepsy and although i know many ppl who would find that difficult to watch i myself do not

but i do agree it is a crap website and for those with more severe epilepsy than mine it could result in a seizure
